We read everything that arrives, and we would rather hear about a mistake than leave it published.
Corrections
If an article is wrong or out of date, tell us which article and what is wrong with it. Corrections are the fastest thing we act on, and we note them on the article itself.
Questions about an article
If something is unclear, that is usually our fault rather than yours, and it is useful to know. We cannot answer personal medical questions — see the medical disclaimer for why.
Review requests and partnerships
We are happy to hear about products, but read the editorial policy first: we buy what we review or disclose samples, we do not accept payment for favourable coverage, and we do not send reviews for approval before publication.
